These manual wheelchair lifts for vans and cars do require the user to have some walking and standing ability, as well as good hand dexterity. Once a wheelchair has been rolled on to the platform, simply press a button to raise the wheelchair, then lock it into place with an automatic Hold-Tite Arm.

Instructions for Back-Saver Wheelchair Lifts for Vans & Cars

1. Fold the wheelchair and prepare to lower the platform.
2. Insert the key, turn to the on position, and depress the rocker switch to the down position.
3. Once the platform is lowered, simply roll the wheelchair into position.
4. With the wheelchair placed on the platform, depress the rocker switch to the up position.
5. As the wheelchair is raised, it is gripped by a self-locking, Hold-Tite Arm.
6. The wheelchair is secured and ready for transport. Unloading is just as simple and trouble-free!
