Hudson offers a full line of total support slings, including quick-fit, combi and hammock sling options. Our experienced staff can help advise you on which options are best for your situations. These slings can be used with Hudson ceiling and floor lifts, and are sometimes referred to as Hoyer lift slings.
Made with a strong nylon/polyester material with ultra-strong straps and smooth leg support areas, our slings are durable, washable and come with a 1-year warranty against defect.
Hammock Sling
The hammock sling is the total lift sling designed to use with Hudson ceiling and floor lifts (sometimes referred to as Hoyer lift slings), and is available in small, medium and large. A hammock sling provides full head and neck support, with weight distribution inserts that help to reduce pinching and pressure points. With quick drying mesh fabric, Hammock Slings are ideal for bathing as well as general transfers. Loop strap colors allow caregivers to position the patient's legs and shoulders, allowing hammock slings to be installed with different configurations.

Hammock 6 Sling
With the same support and features of the Hammock Sling, the Hammock 6 provides 6 straps for use with non-cooperative/agitated persons.
Quick Fit Sling
This general-purpose total lift sling is designed for use with Hudson ceiling lifts and floor lifts and can transfer a person from a bed, wheel chair, geriatric chair, toilet, shower chair and off the floor. Quick Fit slings can also be used for people with limited upper body function, but they must have good head control, as the sling does not provide head support. The Quick Fit design makes it perfect for obese or stocky patients, or individuals with large hips or thighs.
Installation Options - Quick Fit Slings
- Sitting, 2-levels of semi-recline and full recline
- Bridge, leg closed with straps interlaced
- Cradled, legs closed
Features - Quick Fit Slings
- Rear positioning handles for positioning, transfer and rotation

Bariatric Sling
The Bariatric Sling is specially-designed for obese patients, and is capable of supporting up to 1000 pounds. These slings are constructed with reinforced material and extra stitching in the most stressed areas of the sling, including the shoulder, legs and spine. Designed for comfort, bariatric slings feature extra padding for added cushioning and less pressure on delicate skin, as well as re-enforced leg pieces to prevent leg roping.
Installation Options - Bariatric Slings

- Bridge, legs open with straps not interlaced
- Independent, legs open
- Cradled, legs closed

Combi Sling
These high-back slings are designed for use with Hudson ceiling lifts and floor lifts, with head support incorporated into the sling design (sometimes referred to by the brand name Hoyer lift slings). This sling supports the whole body including the head, and is particularly suitable for patients with little control or strength. Depending on needs, combi slings can be installed with various options.
